         Re  : Device types for non-booting disk servers

         In order to make system software feasible, I have added a new
         generic device type, $0010.  This device type represents all
         non-booting disk servers.  These are like the Bank but the
         Bank will not use this device type.  Therefore, the total
         device types needed to find all the disk servers on a net are
         1, 5, and $10.

         Any new disk server that does not boot should respond to
         a Constellation II lookup protocol message with the $0010
         device type.
