Please find inclosed the spec and the spec changes for the 25ns SRAM's that we are
planning on using.  I have also included a write up on how we
measure when an input signal is valid.  If you have any concerns
about the spec changes or the input measuring method please let
me know as soon as possible.

We are adding the following additional spec also.

When write enable is pulled high while chip enable remains low, the data
driven by the SRAM will be the same data that was just written, provided
that the address lines remain stable.  This prevents a driver conflict
between the SRAM and the data driver when write enable is pulled high
to end the write cycle.
