Craig,

This is the write up you asked for concerning my yearly review.

Concerning the objective to identify a course or reading material
to help improve my informal presentation skills: I re-read the
material from the presentation class that I took a few years ago.
Before I had concentrated on making my formal presentations
organized and informative. There were some hints on how to apply
the same things that apply to formal presentations to impromptu
presentations. I have had to make several informal presentations
(CCU/TCU meetings and IO_ACD meetings) in the past year. I feel
that I have improved in this area.

Concerning next years personal development objectives: If I start
an NIO bus converter chip I will want to take at least one more of the
in house chip design courses. If we decide not to develop an NIO chip
I will want to identify some other area to take a course in (computer
architecture, programming, graphics).

I would also like to talk to you about any thing that you feel I could
work on to help me become more effective.

Thanks,

Rob
