This a list of changes for the development agreement, that we would
like to see made.

Page 1: Change Fort Collins System Division to Entry Systems Operation.

Put only maximum frequency of 50 MHz (25 MHz)

Page 2: Replace the first paragraph with the following:

SCTC will complete the following electrical characterization of the 1DV4.

        1) AC characterization over full range of process, temperature,
voltage, frequency, and output loading to insure compliance with
all ERS specifications under worse case operating conditions.
SCTC will develop test fixtures required to model the loads as
           defined in the ERS.

        2) DC parameter characterization over full operating condition ranges.

        3) Correlation of AC and DC characterization results to determine
DC test limits and guard band requirements.

SCTC will provide ESL with all AC and DC characterization results.
ESL will additionally verify specifications in a system environment and will
provide SCTC with written approval of the 1DV4. This approval is required
in addition to, not in place of, SCTC's full verification of compliance
with all ERS specifications through AC and DC characterization.

In the third paragraph change the phrase:

SCTC DC characterization and life test

to

SCTC DC and AC characterization and life test

Page 4: Remove the the last sentence in the first paragraph (To achieve this
goal, ESL agrees to provide ....). This assumed by Theta JA, Pd, and
        Airflow.

Add note that states Theta JA is at 15000 feet and 55 degrees C.

        Change Pd from 1.6 w to 2.0 W.

Page 6: At the bottom of the page at the end of the first paragraph of
        item 2 add:

If the 1DV4 has to be turned to meet specifications, all cost for
redesign, proto development, and tests and characterization that
needs top be repeated will be covered by SCTC.

On the SCTC Reliability information Sheet:

        Change 1.6 W to 2.0 W.

        Change Duty cycle to 50%.

Specify that thermal resistance is junction to air, at 15000 feet
        and 1 m/sec airflow.
