I finished the memory board theory of operation. Let me know if you
want a copy. It's not real clean but I will let Jim take it over from
here.

I looked a several of the memory board signal. I could not see any real
problems. The array timing and delay line looked very good.

I have started to look into what it will take to make Firefox run 27.5
MHz. There is a very good chance that we will be able to.

Toshiba called and said that we will not get the 1 Mbit DRAM's until about
August 14.

They are still flotching around on the PGA for the CA. Our input is very
strongly to make the best decision as soon as possible. Cheetah does not
want to change there PC board.

I have spent at least a day helping Jim come up on EGS with the memory board.

The new 8 Mbyte RAM board came today.

We decided to screw the math chips and CA down after wave solder. The screws
with goop on them will not go through the wave solder. We have to watch that
the parts do not float or we will have problems. They will require weights.

I went over the material lists with Marcia. They are in fairly good shape.

Cypress is hoping to give us some real 25 ns SRAM's next week. I told them
to give them to Howell (Rich Parker). He will call the Thursday morning.

I spent about a half a day with Teri Lee talking about the system and my boards.
