I met with Toshiba this week. They did not get any yield from the new
process of 25 ns SRAM's. They are still confident that they can fix there
problem. They will get back to me with details of what the problem is and
there new schedule before MTC's visit. He is guessing that they will slip
out about 3 months.

We have discovered a bug on the MC-F chip. It has to do with how power fail
works. It would be very hard to fix but should not cause major problems.
I plan to have a memo out today explaining the problem and and what I think
we should do about it.

A problem has been found on the CA chip. There is a software work around
and they hope that they can fix the problem for our proto-types. We have
a part now.

The 50% confident date for the Math board is now Wednesday.

The 8 Mbyte RAM board is done and I have started to check it. I have seen
some problems already before running the program. They should not be hard
to fix.

The extender board came back. Jim has build some of them and they look like
they will work well. I have also received all the connectors that I need.
I can use the scraps from the boards that move the math board over to make
Indigo memory board adapters.
