I pretty much finished up the simulations on the ECL driver. I got a
new model for the clock driving the driver. I put in the new PGA models.
When I did this spice had some problems. I fixed these by setting some
initial conditions. I also got new ground noise models. The ones that
I was using where too conservative. The simulations look good and are just
in budget (.6 ns). I have been asked to generate some skew specs and
will need to do some more simulations to verify these. I do not plan to
do this until I have finished modeling the receivers.

I started modeling the receivers. I have worked with Tony to come up with
a method for modeling the ECL differential driver. I did a little bit of
layout work so that I could get a better idea of how long the clock lines
will have to be. I have started to enter the schematic. It is not clear
who is responsible for which parts of the timing specs, but I have been
keeping on top of what is being done to make sure that everything is covered
and work is not being repeated
