I am almost done with the summary of the SRAM IO experiments. I think that
I came up with a reasonable way to spec the IO's. I also looked into
what it would take to put a resistor on the data lines to pull the high level
down. To do any good would take at least 3 or 4 watts for each CMUX. This is
not feasible.

We are concerned about cooling After burner and may have to add two more
parts. I looked into using TAB to get better cooling. It does not look
real good, but I have not received feedback on all my questions yet.

Asad has given me some feedback on the PGA SMT concerns. We will have to live
with gold on the leads. If we want to change the stand-off shape it will
cost about $5K tooling. There is no big hurry to decide if we want to do this.
CICD will have to put a heat sink on for burn in. It is likely that we will
have to figure out how to remove and replace heat sinks reliable.

I made some small changes to the packaging standard document because of
some feedback on the hold up time.

I spent some time reviewing the Silverfox PDH design.
