I ran some simulations for the cross talk and also ran some more tests
the on cross-talk test board. The test board still has a little less
cross talk than I expect (about 15%). I am going to have a board cross
sectioned to make sure that my assumptions are not way off. At any rate
cross talk should not be more than .1 volts. The cross talk will be
mostly capacitive coupling. We still need to figure out how much the
planes will move. There are a few more test that I would like to run,
but these are lower priority. I am finished looking at cross talk for
at least the next month.

I went to Denver with Charlie Kohlhardt to discuss our future PC board
needs with CTG. We told them to work toward a process that could handle
large TAB parts and 25 mil SMT parts. We also told them to do a good job
they would have to improve the via density. We discussed several ways to
improve the via density. We told them that it was not likely that we would
use modules because they would have to be too big to be reasonable.

I have started to look into the SRAM output spec. I designed and built a
tester so that I can look at real parts and am getting the models together
so that I can model them.
