I spent most of the week working on the PC layout for the After Burner chips.
I assumed the worse case to be driving 64K x 4 parts for both the data
and the tag.  I used all the layers, but did get it layed out.  I also assumed
the worse case pinout for the After burner from a PC layout point of view.
The main effect of the worse case pin out as compared to the best case pinout
is that the signals that connect the After burners to the SRAM arrays grow from
about 1.5 inches to about 3 inches.  (The 1.5 inches is a guess.)

I took 1.5 days of FTO.
