Disk 1 of 6. RBBS-PC for running a remote system on an IBM or
compatible computer.

Originally RBBS-PC was distributed in nine .ARC files. To
make the program fit on these disks, the files have been
extracted. The file READ.ME contains a summary of the files
included in the set and lists which are manditory and which
are optional to the operation of the remote system. The
relative placement on these disks is as follows:
RBBS-DOC.ARC is on the first two disks
RBBS-EXE.ARC is on the third disk
RBBS-EXT.ARC is on the fourth disk
RBBS-TXT.ARC is on the second disk
RBBS-SRC.ARC is on the sixth disk

Additional files are from the following .ARC files and are
placed as listed below:
RBBSNEW.ARC is on the second disk
RFIX0407.ARC is on the fifth disk
   CNFG-EXE.ARC is on fourth disk
RBBS-CVT.ARC is on the fifth disk

One of the better programs for running a remote system, RBBS-
PC is well supported and has most of the popular options.
Proper operation requires a hard disk and Hayes-compatible
modem. Some technical knowledge and ASseMbler programming is
absolutely essential for the installation of this software.
