  Abstract
This document describes the Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) for AS/400 Licensed Program.

It is intended for customers who need to configure and use the program product without having special AS/400 TCP/IP skill, and it provides additional considerations for those who want to get to know the program product in more detail.

It covers the full range of the AS/400 TCP/IP protocol suite including TELNET, FTP, SMTP, LPR/LPD, Netstat, and the TCP/UDP API.

A knowledge of the basic operation of the AS/400 system is assumed.
