Redbook Abstract
ATM Configuration Examples, SG24-2126-01
  Abstract
In this redbook we describe the steps involved in connecting various devices, such as ATM switches, LAN switches with ATM uplinks, and servers and workstations, to an ATM network, including which ATM adapters and configurations should be used.

This book will help technical networking specialists to implement ATM networks by showing practical examples of the implementations of and ideas behind the latest levels of code.

These configurations could be used as a guide for installing these devices into ATM environments. The ATM network described is simple and was put together to show the various connectivity options.

This book should be used as a reference on how to configure each specific ATM device, what commands are used, and what parameters are needed. It should not be used as an ATM design guide.
